Product usage:

Is mainly used for producing various grade concrete, is that it can produce stiff concrete and low plastic concrete. It is mainly used in concrete production line, and auxiliary mixing console of concrete mixing plant and housing. It can be used as stand-alone device after equipping charging machine.

Transmission actuator

Transmission actuator adopts motor and reduction gear of overhead equipped for no contact with material during mixing and avoiding the grout leakage at the shaft end; Do not need to oiling continuously during mixing and do not affect the concrete quality.

Agitation device

JN-series agitation device has orbit motion and rotation with complex motion trail , and vigorous agitation; It is suited for all high-quality concrete (dry-hard, semidry hard and plastic concrete).

Agitation tank

Agitation tank is made up of tank body and lining board. Entire inner cavity of barrel is equipped with wear-resisting lining which can be changed by users according to the wear pattern of lining.

Discharging door

Discharging door can adopt the multi-open door.

Discharging machine

There are pneumatic discharging machine and hydraulic pressure discharging machine can be chosen.
