Power system

Vibration system
● Shantui’s patented new vibratory drum in barrel structure features uniform load carrying and strong deformation resistance.The internal structure of the drum is optimized to remarkably promote the carrying capacity of motion parts. The internal oil seal design is canceled to reduce the malfunction rate of the vibration system, save the maintenance shutdown time of machine, and remarkably improve the working efficiency of the road roller.
● The closed vibratory hydraulic system is adopted. The vibratory pumps and vibratory motors adopt the professional products from Sauer Danfoss and Linde Hydraulics, the world’s renowned hydraulic unit manufacturers, featuring stable performance, prominent quality, and convenient operations.
Driving environment
● The imported comfortable and firm seat adjustable in longitudinal direction is equipped the left and right foldable armrests and the retractable seat belt, featuring convenient operations and excellent safety and comfort.
● The machine is equipped with three-stage shock-absorbing design and the cab can be optionally equipped with air conditioning system. The single gearshift joystick control improves the working efficiency of the driver and remarkably reduce the labor strength and relieve the fatigue.
● Two independent brake systems (service brake and parking brake) feature stable braking, high safety and reliability, simple structure, and easy maintenances.

● It’s equipped with integral mechanical gear transmission, with three forward gears and two reverse gears and parking brake.

Maintenances
● Large angle openable hood, the added oil drainage device on the outer side of engine (to ease the oil drainage during maintenance), maintenance-free battery, real-time monitoring of pressures and temperatures, and reasonable arrangement of diesel and working oil tanks enable Shantui road roller to realize excellent maintenance performance, shorten the maintenance shutdown time, and increase the economic benefits for the user.
