FastandconvenientserviceispossibleonallMOBISCREENEVOscreeningplantsthankstoveryeasyaccessibilityorallcomponents.Allfunction-andsafety-relatedhydrauliccylindersareequippedwithsafetyvalves(lowering/brakeholdingvalves);eachcylinderremainsinitscurrentpositionintheeventofshutdownormalfunctioning.Furthermore,differentcriticalareasonthemachineareequippedwithcontactprotection.Additionalsafetyisavailableintheformofspraying,LEDandhalogenlighting.
Lowerconsumptioninidlephases
ThelowerfuelconsumptionwithTier4fenginescanbereducedevenmorewiththeoptionalStart-stopsystem.Aprobedetectsifnomaterialissuppliedoveradefinedperiodandenginespeedisreducedautomatically.Fuelconsumptionandwearontheengine,beltsandsupportrollersarereduced.Ifthematerialstartsbeingsuppliedagain,theplantisrestartedandmovestoproductionmode.Automaticoperationendsifnomaterialissubsequentlyconveyedforadefinedperiod–withanoptionforswitchingofftheengine.

TheMOBISCREENmobilescreeningplantsareusedforscreeningalmostallnaturalstoneandinrecycling.Classifyingscreensareusedtoobtainexactfractions.Theplantcanbeadaptedindividuallytotheapplicationthroughtheselectionofscreensurfaces,thescreeninclination,etc.
Thematchingscreensurfacesforoptimumresults
Duringthedailyroutine,screensurfacesarereallyputtothetest.Toguaranteelong-term,reliablescreeningtothedesiredfinalgrainsize,thescreensurfacesfromKLEEMANNaremadeofparticularlywear-resistantspringwiresteelorroundwire.Thankstothedouble-anchoringatthecrossings,theyhaveahighmeshstabilityforuniformscreening.Thescreeningresultitselfisdeterminedbynumerousfactors.Themostimportantinfluencefactorsincludethegrainshape,thehumiditycontentandthefeedvolume.

Electricityisoftencheaperthandiesel.Addedtothisareecological,legalorsocialprovisionsthatoftenrestricttheuseofdiesel.ThescreeningplantsareequippedwithaDualPowerSystemwithtwoelectricmotorseachwith37kW(50PS)forhighworkoutputcombinedwithlowfuelconsumption.Connectionismadeviaanelectricaldevice.Thispermitsaquickswitchbetweentwopowersources(dieselengineorexternalpowersupply).Usersthusremainflexibleandthepollutantemissionisreduced.
