The TGJ500 Crack Sealing Machine is a newly developed crack sealing machine of a trailer-mounted structure. This machine introduces the technology of pressure sealing with no need slotted. Compared to the traditional sealing machine with slotted indispensably, the new one has incomparable technical advantage
It allows using modified asphalt or sealant for crack sealing.
Equipped with two pieces of crack sealing gun, which may simultaneously carry on the sealing work to improve sealing efficiency
Time for road closure is short with only a few operators; less dosage for sealant is required resulted in low sealing cost.
The crack sealing gun and spraying nozzles are designed with heating function to avoid of any blockage.
he crack sealing gun is designed with self-cleaning function to purging back the residue sealant into tank after sealing.
Equipped with a piece of high-pressure air purging gun to clean up the dust hidden inside of cracks.
